If you look hard enough you can see your problems - and mine!
I don’t know what people need. There’s too many people, with too many different needs, for me to honestly say I know what people need. I’m not a physician or an economist or a politician. How could I know what people need?
What I know is this. I’m Reverend in the Church of the SubGenius. As such, I know what YOU need. And that is to send one dollar to The SubGenius Foundation. Today! And every day!
A rather charming version of an already charming song! I'm used to the Ukulele Ike version. 😊
"Singin' In The Rain" - Annette Hanshaw acc. by
Frank Ferera's Hawaiian Trio. Recorded August 20th 1929.
This week on "Subgenius Home Makeover", my upstairs sinks are these really dated beige clamshells. Wife was wanting to tear 'em out, but they're in good shape, so I decided to make the rest of the bathroom tacky so it looks like they're there on purpose.
Mod shower curtains have replaced the closet doors. As for the rest, see if you can find (a) Jeannie's Bottle (b) a Funny Face "Goofy Grape" pitcher and (c) Greg Brady's cursed tiki necklace from the Hawaii episode of The Brady Bunch.
Looking for an archive / re-creation of what Usenet / alt.slack was like back in the day.
If anyone knows of a good site hosting an archive of alt.slack and presents it as Usenet, lemme know.
